| The Greek government says a ship seized yesterday off the Greek coast was bound for Sudan with nearly 700 tons of explosives. It says the ship's manifest indicated that the cargo was headed for a firm in Khartoum but that the company is apparently fictitious. The ship's captain and crew are being charged with processing and transporting explosives illegally. |
