Yeongdong Dried Persimmon Festival

The Yeongdong Dried Persimmon Festival will be
available from Jan. 3-5. Not only will visitors 
have the chance to purchase high-quality dried 
persimmons, but they can also enjoy various events. 
On the first day, visitors can appreciate 
fireworks and traditional music performed by 
the Nangye Gugak Orchestra. On the second day, 
the festival will offer a magic show and a 
singing contest, while the last day of the 
festival will feature a play covering a 
traditional fairy tale titled The Tiger and 
the Dried Persimmons.
